GOAL:  The Marion County Health Alliance will implement a Triple Aim Initiative as a co-integrator with Marion County Hospital District through the collaboration of Health Alliance members, IHI and the public, which will measurably improve Marion County health in the 6 identified health need areas.

OBJECTIVE 1:  The Health Alliance will organize its necessary administrative capability.

OBJECTIVE 2:  The Health Alliance will coordinate the efforts of its five work groups and provide the financial and administrative support to implement improved work group initiatives.

Action Step 1: Assign members of the Chairman’s Committee to serve as liaison members of the 5 work groups and to attend work group meetings.
